Bay Area Burners seek Home Swap/ Rental

We are a burner couple with a fantastic 2 bedroom home in Oakland, next to a 15 minute subway ride into SF. Instead of going to Burning Man, this year we want to go to Hawaii. Would anyone want to trade our home for your home at the end of August? Or would you be willing to let us rent out your home while you are at Burning Man?
