We're flying in to Hilo and renting a vehicle from there. We're still sourcing the ride, but we may have room to accomodate someone.

Carrie, my wife, is looking into rental vans or even a box van U-haul type rig. We have Lazlo, so we figure sleeping in a vehicle will be best for this trip. Less infrastructure (I LOVE that word) to fly over there from Maui. If that pans out, then we will have LOT'S of room for passengers and gear. Any reccomendations for rental outfits?

As a matter of fact, anyone needing to bring out a boxvan and want to share cost? We're planning on picking it up Friday as soon as it's available and return it on Monday morning. The only non-stop Island Air flights twixt here and there are early in the am

What about Rae? You get a ride? We would totally come in to Kona just to be able to give you the ride but lazlo is a pretty active baby and long car rides aren't the best plan of action. Hope to see you there!

I will certainly have a vehicle and don't mind ferrying people back and forth to the airport.

I will be there a few days early to set up.

i'll be going between Hilo and the ReBirth site with my pickup. I might possibly be able to ferry people and materiel to and fro.
